Clinical Excellence in Refraction: A Training Program for Technicians
Hands-On Technician Training
Looking to streamline your patient flow and delegate refractions more confidently? Our two-day, hands-on course is designed specifically to help technicians master the skills needed to perform accurate, efficient refractions, giving physicians more time to focus on high-level patient care and decision-making.
Hosted at the Marco Lombart Institute of Vision Technology in Jacksonville, FL, this training combines foundational theory with extensive practical experience using the Marco EPIC and TRS automated refraction systems.
Technicians will learn to:
- Perform accurate, reliable refractions using Marco’s automated platforms.
- Understand the “why” behind each step, ensuring better clinical judgment beyond button memorization.
- Increase exam lane efficiency, helping your practice see more patients without compromising care quality.
- Take on greater responsibility, freeing up the doctor’s time and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Bonus:
- JCAHPO-certified course—Technicians earn 14 CE Credits.
- Training can be customized based on the equipment your office currently uses.
Give your team the skills they need to help your practice grow.
