This chart screens children ages 21/2 to 4. On the proportionally-spaced side, the line sizes range from 10/100 to 10/8 equivalent. The 10/80 and 10/50 lines have been omitted. The 50% spaced rectangles side (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) has line sizes from 10/40 to 10/8 equivalent. A hole is on top of the chart for hanging the chart on the wall. Includes a response key and instructions. Features 10ft & 20ft notations only. Dimensions: 16″ x 16″ (40.6 cm x 40.6 cm). Folds to 16″ x 8″ (40.6 cm x 20.3 cm). Testing distance: 10 feet/3 meters.
