The digital clear field can be described as the new standard in mid field BIO lenses for general diagnosis. With reduced optical interferences as aberrations and reflections, the clear field offers stunning views out to the equator and periphery upon dynamic examination. Thus, this lens is a perfect choice for peripheral retinal examination such as retinal detachments. It combines the perfect balance of the field of view of the Pan retinal with an increased magnification but with the smaller working distance, closer to the 25D.
