Welch Allyn PanOptic Ophthalmoscope Head

Redesigned with a familiar form and feel, this direct ophthalmoscope boasts a 20X larger viewing area. When compared to the view through a standard 3.5 V ophthalmoscope, these are views you have to see. Paired with long-lasting LED lamps, and DuraShock technology, upgrade from your standard or pocket ophthalmoscope to enhance your eye exams. The Welch Allyn PanOptic ophthalmoscope is compatible with the 3.5 V power sources or pair with the Lithium Ion Plus power handle for increased efficiency.

Looking to add digital images to your eye exams?  The PanOptic PlusOphthalmoscope can be used optically or add-on the iExaminer ProSystem (with PanOptic Plus only) to support digital image capture during exams. Quick Eye alignment technology (PanOptic Plus only) has been added to help direct patient gaze for better optic disc alignment.
